Terms of Service

By creating an account, going live, posting content, sending gifts, or making any payment on Stonah's Lounge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Stonah's Lounge is a cannabis-themed live streaming and creator community. You must be at least 21 years old to use this service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated.

One person may not create multiple accounts to manipulate follower counts, earnings, or platform metrics.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, including posts, comments, chat messages, images, videos, and live streams.

You grant Stonah's Lounge a license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all rights to upload it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Prohibited content includes: illegal content, content that promotes violence or harm, harassment or hate speech, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, content that infringes intellectual property, and spam.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Broadcasters stream using browser-based WebRTC technology. You are responsible for what you broadcast and for complying with all applicable laws.

Stream recordings may be saved and republished as pay-per-view or subscription content at your discretion.

We are not liable for technical interruptions to live streams caused by network conditions or third-party services.

Creators can monetize through tips, subscriptions, pay-per-view content, fan club memberships, and virtual gifts.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment you agree to Stripe's terms as well as ours.

Virtual gifts and tokens are purchased through the platform and have no cash value outside the platform.

Creator earnings are calculated after the platform commission (default 15%) and are paid out via Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings.

Refunds for digital content (tips, gifts, subscriptions, pay-per-view) are generally not available once content has been accessed, except where required by law.

Treat other users with respect. Harassment, threats, and hate speech are not tolerated.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, including spamming, scraping, or automated access without permission.

Do not attempt to circumvent payment systems or manipulate earnings.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Stonah's Lounge, the platform name, logo, and software are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute platform materials without permission.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed by content on the platform, contact us with details and we will investigate.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

User content reflects the views of its creators, not Stonah's Lounge.

You can delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, including to protect the community.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
