Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles all sensitive card data. We retain records of transactions (amounts, dates, channel) for accounting and payouts.
Usage data: We log how you interact with the app (streams watched, gifts sent, follows, subscriptions) to improve the platform and compute creator earnings.
Device and technical data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers collected for security and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide and maintain the service, including live streaming, chat, posts, and creator monetization.
To process payments and distribute creator earnings, including commission calculations and Stripe Connect payouts.
To communicate with you about your account, payments, and platform updates.

With service providers: We share data with Stripe (payments), LiveKit (live streaming), Spotify (music playback), and other infrastructure providers who help run the platform.
Public content: Your posts, comments, live streams, and profile information are visible to other users by design.
Legal compliance: We may disclose information to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users.
We never sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Transaction records are retained as needed for accounting and legal compliance.

Stonah's Lounge is intended for users 21 years of age and older, given the cannabis-themed content. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has registered, please contact us so we can remove the account.
